Q: What is the typical turnaround time on my application after I apply?
A: Once your resume or application has been received, you will
be notified electronically or by post card (mail) that we have your resume/application
and it is being reviewed. A recruiter will contact you should you match the skill
set of a current open position.
Q: Do you have locations outside Nashville, TN?
A: Not at this time, AmMed Direct has only one location at 5720
Crossings Blvd., Antioch, TN 37013.
Q: Will I have to work weekends and holidays?
A: Possibly – AmMed Direct’s normal hours of operation are Monday
to Friday; however, some positions are required to work some Saturdays.
Q: How often do we get paid?
A: Everyone is paid twice a month.
Q: What is your dress code?
A: AmMed Direct is committed to maintain a professional atmosphere.
Employees are asked to keep their appearance neat and professional. We follow a
business casual dress code.
Q: Will I have to work a lot of overtime?
A: Occasionally – all overtime must be approved by your manager/supervisor
in advance and all hours worked over 40 hours per week are paid at time-and-a-half.
