Diabetes Friendly Dessert Recipe - Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup Splenda®
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1-16 ounce can crushed pineapple, in its own juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
