Focused on the areas of business development, sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, insurance reimbursement and finance, Dennis brings expertise from within the healthcare industry, working for industry leaders in the diabetic testing supply business. He holds a BSBA from Merrimack College in Massachusetts.

Lorraine Farrar

VP, Education and Wellness
Lorraine provides direction and leadership to insure the integrity, quality and
delivery of the Better Care Program®. She uses established standards of diabetes
care to provide employee in-service training and diabetes self-management education
for customers. Lorraine has earned her Master of Science in Nursing; she is a Certified
Diabetes Educator and is Board Certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Adult
Diabetes Management.

VP, Customer Service
Gail ensures that all customers are treated in a courteous, helpful manner by all of our Customer Service Representatives and that reorders of diabetes test supplies and prescription medications are shipped on time. Gail has a Master of Science degree and a long career in servicing the needs of consumers.
