Gary Williams
Vice President, Pharmacy Practice
Gary directs the AmMed Direct HomeCare Pharmacy to assure accuracy, quality and timeliness
of all customer prescription orders. He also monitors for drug interactions. Gary
has a PhD in Pharmacy and over 33 years of pharmacy experience.

Dennis Berry
Vice President, Reimbursement Services
Dennis is responsible for billing, insurance verification and collection of physician
authorizations, as well as contracts and credentialing. He has approximately 25
years of healthcare experience.

Gail Banks
Vice President, Customer Service
Gail ensures that all customers are treated in a courteous, helpful manner by all
of our Customer Care Representatives and that reorders of diabetic testing supplies
are shipped on time. Gail has a Master of Science degree and a long career in servicing
the needs of consumers.

Lorraine Farrar, APN, MSN, BC-ADM, CDE
Vice President, Education & Wellness
Lorraine provides direction and leadership to insure the integrity, quality and
delivery of the Better Care Program®. She uses established standards of diabetes
care to provide employee in-service training and diabetes self-management education
for customers. Lorraine has earned her Master of Science in Nursing; she is a Certified
Diabetes Educator and is Board Certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Adult
Diabetes Management.
